Beyond Service Experts

This review is for Chief/Bauer fellows in the Champaign, I'll. Offices: 1st came the gentlemen named Buddy, I believe that is his name, he was wonderful. He looked at all of our equipment & gave us all of our oboptions. The expense to fix our 12 year old furnice &air conditioner was a lot so he talked to us about a new one. Then set us up for the same evening. 2nt Bob came out at 5:30 & was great. He gave us a list of all the equipment that would work in our home & prices. He sat & talked with us not only about the equipment but other things also & was so friendly. He made everything to easy for us. Then we purcpurchased the equipment of our choice. 3rd came Cris & Mike to our home just two days later to set us up & do the instillation . one took the & one took the furnace. They worked very hard from 9:00 am until 2:00 Pm. Part of the time having to deal with our two year old granddaughter & were wonderful with her. They even had to work on pieces they had to make shift to make our new furnace work. They had to go up & down our steep basement steps for hour. Everything was cleaned up just like they had not even been here. They turned out they turned every light out & our yard was spotless. I would recommend these four gentlemen to work at anyone's home anytime. They are all simply great, that is Chief/Bauer for hiring such wonderrful personnel.
